Terre des hommes (Tdh)

Impact-Driven Narrative. Storytelling. Strategic Reporting.

We have worked in partnership with Tdh, a global children’s rights organisation, to lead the editorial development of its annual reports and strategic publications since 2020, strengthening how the organisation communicates impact, accountability and strategic direction to donors, partners and global stakeholders.

Our work spans research, narrative architecture and editorial leadership. We synthesise complex programme data, field reporting and financial information into clear, accessible storytelling that foregrounds children’s lived realities while demonstrating measurable outcomes. Working closely with global and regional teams, we coordinate information gathering, multi-layer validation processes and translation cycles to ensure accuracy, coherence and alignment across a global organisation.

Alongside report development, we craft and support leadership communications - shaping executive messages, framing strategic priorities and ensuring senior voices communicate with clarity, credibility and moral authority.

See Tdh Annual report examples from 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021.

Narrative & Editorial Leadership

  • Developed core messaging frameworks anchoring reports in children’s rights and measurable impact

  • Wrote and edited child-centred stories grounded in field realities

  • Translated technical programme and financial reporting into accessible, audience-focused narratives

  • Integrated data, human stories and strategic priorities into a coherent editorial structure

  • Coordinated stakeholder input, review and translation across departments and regions

Report Structure & Strategy Publication Design

As Terre des hommes entered a new strategic phase, we supported a streamlined report structure designed to better serve external audiences - particularly donors and partners - with a simpler, more engaging and impact-led editorial flow.

For a flagship strategy publication, we also led the design direction and structural logic, ensuring a clear visual hierarchy integrating data, case stories and strategic insight in alignment with institutional identity.
