We partnered with the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN Global), a multi-stakeholder alliance advancing work-based and lifelong learning worldwide, to strengthen its strategic positioning and amplify its relevance in a rapidly evolving workforce landscape.
As industries adapt to skills shortages, digital transformation and shifting labour markets, GAN Global sought to clarify its value proposition and expand its reach among companies, partners and policymakers. We supported both strategic direction and implementation - beginning with a landscape analysis of the organisation’s communications ecosystem, stakeholder positioning and growth opportunities.
Our work resulted in a comprehensive communications strategy designed to elevate GAN Global’s voice, sharpen its messaging and align storytelling with member needs and long-term organisational objectives.

Building on the strategic foundation, we developed a refreshed messaging architecture and led the creation of a new website aligned with updated branding, style and content direction.
